We have spent alot of hours and time finding the best shipping options
and prices possible. And we have chosen "common carriers" based on their speed, quality
and dependability of service.



Sometimes our clients have a short deadline that must be met, and it is our goal
to meet that deadline as far as humanly possible. There are times, however,
when UPS, Airborne, Fedex, or the USPS, cannot or do not fulfill their promise to
us. These are areas in which we have no control, as they are out of our hands.

THEREFORE, PLEASE BE ADVISED, that when the package is in the control of the "common carriers"
We will not refund shipping charges for late shipments
due to inclement weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, or other "Acts of God".
In the event that the late shipping is due to our own internal errors, the extent
of our liability in these instances will be to refund only the additional charges for
faster shipping options over and above Ground Service rates.


IN ADDITION (when the package is in the control of the "common carriers")
We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, wet, stomped on, or otherwise damaged
packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to arrange for your cards
to be reprinted and shipped as soon as the "common carriers" have performed their
necessary tracking procedures and approved a credit. This could cause
unfortunate delays in finalizing your order, and will be much eased by your
patience and consideration. Thank you.

FINALLY:
Guaranteed shipping days, such as 2nd day, Overnight, Overnight AM delivery, etc., apply to
metropolitan areas only. Outlying areas can take a day or two longer, depending on your zip code
